Q1: What is the minimum MOQ for your wholesale services?

A1: Our minimum quantity is 20 pieces, wholesale discounts are available when your single order exceeds 20 pieces. These 20 pieces can be any combination of products. For more wholesale policy information, you can click on the banner at the top of the website to learn more.

Q2: What material are the candles made of, are they all real wax?

A2:The main part of most of our products is made of real wax, as well as plastic glass and other materials to make a complete product. There are also some products that use plastic to make the theme, not real wax. Specific information you can see in the product description.

Q3:Do I need to buy batteries separately

A3: This depends on our specific products. Some products are equipped with batteries for consumers, and some are not, and consumers need to buy them elsewhere. For specific information, you can focus on the description of the product.

Q4: Will it fill up with water if it rains?

A4: These flameless candles is NOT waterproof, please keep away from water and especially it is made by real wax, to avoid to be melted, please also keep away from high temperature and fire.

Q5: Can the candle be removed from the jar?

A5: We don't recommend that, although wax was hand-poured into the jar, while the led bulb was connected with the bottom base.

Q6: Is there a fresh scent that comes from the candles once they are turned on?

A6: It is unscented flameless candles, no scent.

Q7: Since it says these candles have timer or remote function, do i have to turn these ivory timer candles on every night?

 A7: Hello, it is timer led candles, so you don't need to turn it on/off manually every night. There is a switch under the bottom of each candle, when you turn it on, it will turn off after 5 hours in 24 hours cycle, if you don't want these candles light every night auto, you can turn it off manually.
